Our main challenge was lead cost and scalabillity.

The first task at hand was reducing the lead cost. Over time Tax Rebates ads were becoming less effective and their conversion rate began to decrease. This is detrimental for any business as all businesses have expenses they need to cover so we felt obliged to help and to do it quickly.

The Process

The first thing we did was collate all of their current data to find why the lead cost was rising over time. We looked at their ad creatives, targeting and key metrics to identify the cause of the problem. We then set about crafting a strategy to turn this around and a sustainable scaling solution for the coming months.

Using our expertise and knowledge we drilled down on key opportunity areas and doubled up on what was working to get the most out of the market in a short time frame.
